I have this figure with alien outfit and head and the body is of an original yellow time traveller. The seller says it's all original, head and clothe were sold separately.....

That’s a Micronauts figure (minus his head) in a Takara Microman outfit (with head and chest piece), I believe.

I tried to find a picture of this the other day. The link to the page was broke and I couldnt get there. There was a skeleton head and costume made as well. I believe they were sold in bags. Here is the skeleton version..
