    Mad Monster Question

Can anyone tell me for sure how the Type 2 Monsters were packaged?
Was it card, window, solid or a combination?

I like some of the variations, like the Tim Mee boots. I've tried to get a pair of those for decades.

Did all the T2s have the same standard hands?
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

Sidebar. Were they named Mad Monsters because of the Mad Monster Party? I have never seen Mad Monster other than those two references
