Pics of the break might help.
Looking for Green Arrow accessories, Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver, and Japanese Popy Megos (Battle Cossack and France, Battle of the Planets, Kamen Rider, Ultraman) and World Heroes figures

If the pin runs from ball socket to ball socket all the way through the hip piece, then it looks simple enough carve/fabricate one out of wood or resin.

Hello, Thank you for your help.
The problem is no way to open the main body part,as well as part of the pin is inside the crutch part.
Any ideas how to do that or how to create it?

^^ Can you drill or dremel it out? If you can clear the pin path, you can work with it.

I am not sure, even if I could how can the ball joint go through the leg opening?

^^ Easy, two-part pin that's cemented in place.
