This girl's Body may be MEGO, but her Head is Hasbro! She's Leggy Jill, of the 1973 "Leggy" line of anatomically INcorrect Fashion Dolls. These Dolls have a well-documented history of badly-constructed bodies (right arms are often loose/ fall off, hips crack), so if this head-swap is vintage, there may have been a good reason! :^)
