What would be a fair price for a box (only) in good condition (no insert) ?

There was one at the Pittsburgh toy show like 15 years ago for $400 and I should have jumped all over it but it was way too much for me at the time. It would be at least 3-4 times that now

Based on recent eBay sales, $75? Kidding aside, nice get. I sold one last year on eBay with figure for $520. It was flipped a few months later for around $400. Yours looks like its in a little better condition. Superman is the easiest solid box to find.

I think the solid box looks in pretty good condition, so depending on your financial issues, I would hold onto it and pick up a
T-1 Superman in stirrups in the best condition you can find and then you would have a darn good looking classic mego
Superman in the original solid box issue, this of course is jmo, since I love everything mego Superman.

It’s a slippery slope for me because I collect mostly loose. Well. I really do see the Allure to the packaging. It is a really nice box. Uh oh.

I was checking eBay and there's a pretty nice looking good condition T-1 Superman in stirrups going for $100.00
the chest sticker is repro, but everything else is original, sellers name is gymrat1966 and I think he might be a member here, not sure?
