Green Arrow Head Color Variation?

Hi. My Green Arrow figures have different color heads. Theres no mention of this variation in the library. Is this a normal variety or did something cause one of them to change color? Thanks for any help.

The figure on the left is a standard type 2. The figure on the right is a late issue sold by TRU. The heads tend to grey.

Are you talking about Toys R Us? Zombie headed Megos were only sold there in in what years? Basically I've heard of them being sold in 79. But could it have been the later Years also?

I remember in the early 80s, I had just gotten my license, and seeing a whole section of zombie Aqualads. Yes i was sooo tempted to buy one even then. Damn time machine and I would go back and clean them out...

Wow. Aqualad zombie heads would be so cool to own. I don't even remember seeing them before. Don't we all wish we could go back and clean out the whole racks
