Why no Merry Men bad guys?

Any idea as to why Mego didn't include one or more of the bad guys in the Robin Hood & His Merry Men line? Seems odd to me that there was no Guy of Gisborne, Sheriff of Nottingham, or Prince John for the Merry Men to battle.

At least the Super Knights got the Black Knight.
