    Toni Tenille Question

I just picked up a couple of the 12" celebrity dolls and had a question about the Tennille half of Captain & Tennille.

She looks NRFB, but there is a dark blue-ish spot on the inside of each of her arms, just above the elbows. They look like the mark a pen leaves as ink spreads out when you leave the point sitting on paper.

Also, she has what looks like a glue mark the front of her right hip. It's perfectly shaped to looks like there might have a been a "pocket" stuck on her outfit. Did she have something attached there? (couldn't find a gallery to check it out)

On the Farrah box, I noticed what looks like some text actually glued over some other text. On the lines beneath the window that describe the figure, the line saying "Farrah's cut-out accessories" lookes to be a piece cut out and glued over another line. Its the same font and green color. Anybody know what this is? Was there some unforgiveable error that had to be corrected? Its pretty interesting.

Bill, sorry with not having any info --- but if you don't mind me changing the subject for a moment...
How about photographing it for the Museum gallery.
I can't wait to see more 12" celeb stuff.

No problem, Mike. I kind of expected there would be no answer. This is not exactly the line we focus on. The farrah box thing is kind of interesting, however. If Brian, et al, are interested, I'd be happy to take some shots. Right now I only have those two (although I've taken a few failed runs at a Dianna Ross)

Also, there is some info here at the Museum. Mostly catalog pages.
        Television Gallery: Mego Museum

Cher and the TV Starz : Television Gallery: Mego Museum

An immediate thing I notice is the space beneath the windows. In the catalog shots, the figures name is in bold letters. On the boxes I have (and I assume tha means in the final production boxes), there is a list of descriptions of the figure.
