Planet of the apes tree house - question what are they worth?

Hey Mego heads - funny as a kid I used to watch all the ape reruns - but I never really collected the figures. I do recall being very very young a girl an older girl around the corner had a garage sale and I bought a few loose apes from her - she forced me to buy 3 as not to break her set lol

anway I never had any of the playsets
a good friend of mine just asked if i can help track him down one. He is not a toy guy
guess he just wants it for the hell of it

so what should he pay for a good complete one - loose?
or a mint one in box?

or good loose incomplete?
