Cape Material for small, Mego figures

Hello,

I hope someone can help me; I need to find or create capes for some figures: Draco from Buck Rogers, Megarite and Betelgeusian from the Star Trek: The Motion Picture alien series.

I know the capes were made of a nylon cloth but I don't know the thickness or other specs. I want to be as authentic as possible.

Any help will be appreciated
