    Best repro bodies

I was wondering what some of the people here think the best repro body is. I'm thinking of putting the heads and clothes of my Figures Batman line on new ones. My Batman came broke and I am getting a replacement body but after checking out the others my Riddler is definitely going to need a new one. The Dr. has a Biff Bang Pow body on sale but it says it's buff. Would it be too big for the outfit to fit on? What would be another option? Thanks for any input.

the best repro body was from Cast-a-way toys. If you can find any of those, good luck. Looks like the new zica/castaway body will be a good solution, too. If you can wait a few months, you can pick them up.
    Fresh, not from concentrate.

The buff ones aren't too bad. I think that they're made to fit all of the outfits that are supposed to be for Megos.

I put most of the Mattel Superheroes on T2 bodies which I got on ebay. I also have a couple on Doc Mego swivel biceps.
That being said, I am anxiously awaiting the new Zica/Castaway and Doc Mego bodies (both with no rubber bands). They are definitely the future and I will likely move any customs, Mattel, and eventually probably my FTC figures to them.

The lack of CAW bodies pretty much drove me out of the hobby for a while. ZICA looked to be the future but they were there and then gone so quickly that I didn't stockpile their bodies.

Thankfully the two have teamed up and hopefully, the future will be bright.

Doc's bodies came today. Before the promised one from Figures. Batman and friends are much happier with the new bodies. No issues with the outfit or the hands. The heads are a little looser than on the figures body but otherwise look great.

They look great - i know I'm a little late to this party

But for my kids I just put these suits on good old mego type 2 bodies - you can get them in bunches on e bay for real good prices if you wait.
They seem to be holding up well to the pounding the 4 year old twins are giving them.

^Honestly, the weak point of a vintage body is usually the knee pin, and you can get fantastic repro pin sets. I use vintage T2s whenever I can.

CAW was awesome--I have high hopes for the forthcoming Type S.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

The replacement body from FTC was of the same quality as the original. Just going to put it in a box.

I'm certain that the upcoming Z-CAT body will be the best Mego repro body ever! Just hang in there for another couple of weeks!
