12 inch Spiderman DC Comics head question

I just recently got into Mego dolls again and am concentrating on Spidey stuff. I just acquired a super mint 12 inch Spidey in bilingual box (Canadian?) in exquisite condition and it does have the DC Comics stamp on the back of the head. Is this particular variation harder to find or is it pretty common?
