Price check on Circle Suit Spider-man

I have a circle suit Spidey with a run in the crotch. What do you think the current value is? A good friend/member here is interested in getting it from me, and I don't want either of us to get a bad deal! Any input is welcome and appreciated. Thanks!

If all else is nice and the run is not "horrible," I would wager $175 sight unseen. Maybe less if not so hot to trot.
