And a Star Trek Question

I had several of the figures from the Mego Star Trek The Mothionless Picture 3 3/4 " line. My Spock had one leg shorter than the other. In the gellery, it looks like a packaged Spock pictured has the same flaw. Was this a common problem with that figure?
