Wonder Woman boots

Still searching for a nice WW, and always wonder about the boots. Why did some come with boots, and others didnt, was it only a certain print small/large stars, or was it completely random? If I found a pair of boots , which WW would it go with?

I thought the screened suit (the earliest) came without boots, and the cuffed suit included boots. I suspect the stars are irrelevant to the boots.

And the Australian variant had no boots.
