Who does this mask go to?

I recently pick up a figure from Ebay & this mask was thrown in with it. I know it doesn't go with the figure I bought. It looks like it could be either a Robin or Lone Ranger mask. It's made out of rubber & appears to be a one piece mold. Thanks in advance.

The mask is mint. Doesn't even look like it's ever been used. If you look at the pic you can see how straight & flat the front of the mask is. Sounds to me like it's hard to come across one in this good of shape. Guess I got lucky. Thanks to everyone for their help & comments.
