Removing "belt" stains from a trek shirt

Is there any way to get them out?

Tried Oxy, and no results..

beautiful capts shirt with original emblem too.

Any ideas?

Sadly, if Oxy doesn't work, you're probably out of luck. This happens with Mugato tunics, too.
