Yep, that box is perfectly accurate for a RC Bats.
The bubble is still securely attached to the card. Would you try to open it up to repair Hulks broken leg? .....or leave as is?
I had a carded Hulk like this, and I opened him up to repair the leg. But I only paid $1.99 for him at Child's World. People seem to be pretty evenly divided on the subject. Personally, owning a broken figure on a card would bug me. If a particular card was really scarce, I think it would be best to leave it as is, but a 1978 carded Hulk is fairly common, so do what you want with him.
If you want to pm me I can hook you up with transparent glue that cannot be detected for re attaching the bubble when you fix him. The glue cost 5 dollars at a craft store and works amazing. Dries real quick and cannot be seen even if a little gets on the card. Excess glue wipes up easy with fingers, rags etc. and takes about 45 minutes to set.

Well still thinking about it. Having a broken figure in an unopened pack doesn't bother me all that much.....LOL. I'm not really a "mint in pack" kinda guy, so the novelty of having an unopened mego is appealing. One thing about it is that theres no wondering if the pack was ever opened and resealed? .....its sure to be an original unopened pack.....cause if anyone had ever opened it they would've fixed the leg.....LOL.
