Secret Identities? ID Help

Picked these up in a collection I recently purchased. All items were original, no repro stuff in the lot, these 2 have me puzzled though. Any help would be appreciated!

Looks like someone removed the mask on a Robin figure.

Yup. Painted mask Robin has been abused!

And that jacket is cute, but it isn't Bruce's.

I was a little suspect on the Robin, especially with the repainted eyes...

Someone out there has to know who's jacket this is though... it's driving me crazy, lol!

That's what I'm trying to figure out... It is the same cut as the Bruce Wayne jacket, and similar pattern even... it's driving me nuts, lol!

Yes, it is definately for an 8" figure.
