mego aquaman question

Of the five different Mego Aquamen I've owned (three T1s and two T2s), none had painted lips. But with Mego - I'd guess anythings possible. I'll give you a crisp Jackson if you have one with webbed hands

I remember talk about pink lip Capt. Kirk awhile back. If there is a Kirk I suppose there is an Aquaman too.

I believe that the first run of the entire Trek crew and Klingon, on T1 bodies, had pink lips. I've had/have some loose examples of these.

There's something about the upper lip and the bleed/fade on the pink that makes me think it's a case of marker application. Doesn't really look like other examples of Mego's painted lips. Who knows…?

yes this does seem to show more in the photos..not as much with the naked eye...

I agree, the obvious bleed makes it look much more like a marker application done after the fact. I own several Star Trek painted lip figures, and they don't look like that at all, they have nice, neat factory paint applications. I've never seen a WGSH with any kind of paint on their lips.
