MEGO RM ROBIN /AE HEAD--Can you help ID?

Hi.
I found this Robin head in a bunch of figures/parts I received. I read the info on the MM about the RM Robin head having the NPP INC. c1972 markings on the back. This head has the NPP marking.
I know people have tried to strip the regular Robin of his mask to deceive. His eyebrows are missing....Is there any chance this is an original RM Robin head, even though it has no eyebrows?

Can the experts take a look and tell me you opinion? Thanks!

I'm no expert, but the black above the right eye makes me think someone did try to take off the mask on a painted mask Robin.

The eyebrows on a RM Robin and Dick Grayson head are pretty far away from the eyes, so I can't account for the black smudge above the eye on your head, other than remnants of a painted mask.
