I never noticed this, until a couple of weeks ago.

He's name was Bobby Billy McGillicutty. Also known as 'The Licker'. Early prototypes had the eyebrows painted on in lead based enamal paint. Bobby like to lick his dollies. Bobby didn't live too long. After that, Mego never added the eyebrows again. Why they didn't just use the same black acrylic as the rest of the paint ops, will never be known.

Bobby Billy McGillicutty, just before his fatal pummeling by Bruno Meatfist. That's him! You can already see the 'Enamel Paint Poison' has caused him to look beyond his years. He was 11 years old in that picture.
Disclaimer: None of this information is even close to the truth. Timothy's pic is really Bobby's twin brother, Billy Bob McGillicutty. He licked alot of things, but never plastic. Therefore, there is still no evidence that Bobby Billy even existed. Except for that 'twin brother stuff'. And I not sure that's even true. LOLComment
