    POTA Treehouse question

Can anyone tell me the diameter and length of the dowels that support the legs on the treehouse? I got a loose playset that was missing them. I'm assuming they are nothing special and could be easily made from dowel rod stock from a hobby store or Home Depot. Correct?

    Thanks!

I can measure them when I get home if nobody has an answer by then. Yes, they are nothing special and any wooden rod would work fine.

My POTA treehouse is packed away and not easily accessible, but i did have some pieces to an AJ jungle house handy and there was one leg support. For some reason i thought the support to the POTA treehouse was stained and simply a 1/4 dowel. The AJ one is unstained and stepped down to 1/4 inch on the ends.I may just be remembering wrong.Anyway the dowel is 12 inches long and 1/4 diameter that goes into the leg. So a 1/4 inch dowel rod should work.

I completely forgot about this. Sorry! Yeah, the POTA dowels do not have the smaller diameter on the ends. It's just a plain dowel. I'll try to remember to take some pics of one tonight

Thanks for the info guys, i was hoping it was as simple as grabbing some 1/4" dowel and cutting it to size.
