Tin Man Armor Removal

Just scored a T2 tin man on eBay. Incomplete. My T1 is almost complete. My T1 chest armer is in better shape than my new T2. I'm switching them out. Has anyone done this before? Any hints? I got the T2 armer off, but it was a MASSIVE headache... Had to remove the suit, with the armer STILL on, removed the fore arms, then just unhooked the upper arms. Got it off w/o breaking anything. Getting it back on is gonna be a task. Anybody got any tried & true methods? Besides just buying a complete T2... I've thought of that method. Thanks-

It's been over an hour. I'm still diving' & jumpin & jivin with it... Gettin close... I got paper clips sticking out of the side holes of the armer, holding the shoulder hooks of the armless t2... this is fun... ;-)
