I remember as a kid going over to a friends house and he having a spiderman with a Peter Parker head and a removable mask. He was older than I was and I always wanted a spiderman like he had. Now, I have searched for any information I could find to see if this figure was ever made and can't find anything. My question is, was there ever one? If not, I suppose maybe he put a Bruce Wayne head on Spiderman and made a mask or something. I never saw the mask on the figure, but I saw the mask in the bottom of his box of megos, it looked like the same red web coated material the suit is made from with what looked like maybe elastic around the neck hole. You guys think it was a mego era custom?

No it was mego. I never had any captain action stuff and had a huge mego collection as a kid. I am going to just figure that it was a custom, maybe his mom made the mask.Comment
