Fixing 12" Superman Cape

I'd like to fix this, but I have no idea how to go about it.

Hmmmm....

You could fix the fraying with a bit of "Fray Check;" or something similar. (Available at any sewing store.) Test it on a corner first, to be sure it doesn't discolour the material. (Wait for it to dry before deciding; the stuff I use looks like a stain before it dries.)

Also just got some Catwoman boots that are both split down the front. Glue?
