I thought just t2 Timm Mee Cochise & Sitting Bull had reddish bodies & heads, but I recently completed a set of t1 AmWest figures.
Each of the Native American characters has standard pale peach extremities & pelvis, but the torso piece & head is molded in a darker color, similar to the later "bronzed" Mego t2 heads & bodies.
I assume this is because the torsos are more visible with the native costumes, but I'm surprised Mego made the effort.
