Why does his suit look off to me? I thought the snaps in the front were positioned the other way?

I think you are right - I just bought one from a member here Maybe some were different?? The one I have does not have elastic at the feet either.

Some were different. I've got one of each. Both positioned opposite like you mentioned. There's nothing wrong with it per say, other than missing the helmet of course. The quality of the head is much superior to the quality of ctvt rubber head with blue eyes. It is a HQ, vinyl Mego head on this figure. They have sold for $150 up complete with helmet. The yellow helmet is a bear to find alone but one never knows. The belt is a freebie. I've seen these brand new in bags with no belt.
