Looks homemade to me. -
My very first thought is it is from Chris's Toy box.....All kidding aside my first REAL thought was that it looks like some kind of foreign type of Mego suit. Something like B.S. would sell. That B.S. meaning Nayrbgo that is.

I suppose you guys are more than likely right. The tag is on the inside, but of course it's the tan part. The sleeves are simply cut as are the feet. That being said....I don't recognize the blue from anything. Suppose it could be just scrap cloth from grandma.....
