Mego Zira has one variant or prototype boot?

When I won a Zira with brown bottom dress off ebay and I took all the clothes off to cleaning them and I noticed her 1 boot that has height molded than regular one.

I have no idea what's it came from. Is that variant or prototype boot? On the left side of that pic.
