Extremely easy, Nick. Just gently knock out that pin with a smaller than the hole blunt object. I use a nail that has a blunted tip.

      Hey Nick-
Its cake. Run hot water over the wrist for about 30 seconds to a minute, then use a small set of needle nose pliers to pull out the hand & wrist pin together. (If the plastic is heated, it gets a lot softer.) Or, if you just want to remove the hand and NOT the wrist pin, use a common house tack with the pin reversed, (meaning pointy side inside the tack handle.) Use it to drive the wrist pin out. Small pliers again to drive the wrist pin back into the better (undamaged) hand.

A trick I found to put the pin back into this wrist is push it against a hard surface like a desk or table. Just don't push too hard.

I have an allen wrench set that has several different sizes of allen wrenches all on one tool. I use the one that is small enough to fit through the pin hole and it works perfectly for changing out T2 hands.
