Does anyone know why Mego painted pupils on certain figures (like most of the DC line) and not on others (like most of the Marvel line)?

Different sculpt types between the Marvel and earlier DC stuff too. Two huge differences between the Mego RCB head and the Tex Willer head is that the Willer has no pupils (or white dots) in is eyes. He also has brown hair. Also the way they painted they eyess on other Willer heads are different from that of their Mego West/POTA/ counterparts. The Tiger Jack figure has trapizoid eyes where as Cochise's are arches. Just different art techniques I'm thinking. But worth noting on this stuff for accuracy.
