it is very simple. i used to do it as a kid all the time. you can even apply it on T2 bodies although you have to pull it really tightComment

The hardest part for me was finding some 2mm thickness elastic. I had to go online to find it. All the craft stores around here only sell 1mm thickness. The 1mm works, but doesn't seem as sturdy. The first few I did came out a little loose, but after that I got the hang of it and now all are nice and tight.Comment

they are easy ti just pull out, but check around the neck area to make sure there are no tears in it already....to make it easier you can soka the head/upper body in hot water for a few minutes...then carefully twist and pullComment

just buy round cord elastic. you can get it Joann fabris or places like that. same as the originalComment
