That looks very good how difficult was it? I have restrung vintage Action Man/ GI Joe 12 inch figures but these look a bit more difficult

it is very simple. i used to do it as a kid all the time. you can even apply it on T2 bodies although you have to pull it really tight

The hardest part for me was finding some 2mm thickness elastic. I had to go online to find it. All the craft stores around here only sell 1mm thickness. The 1mm works, but doesn't seem as sturdy. The first few I did came out a little loose, but after that I got the hang of it and now all are nice and tight.

just pull both ends of the elastic up through the neck hole and tighten it

Years ago, I did a step-by-step guide to Re-Stringing Type 1 Megos. It's super easy to do. Here's a link to the guide.

I posted a CTVT restringing not too long ago based on the T1 - it uses the thinner elastic string but just double it. http://megomuseum.com/community/showthread.php?t=62784

Walmart carries 1 and 2mm in the sewing section, white or black. I get it there all the time.

they are easy ti just pull out, but check around the neck area to make sure there are no tears in it already....to make it easier you can soka the head/upper body in hot water for a few minutes...then carefully twist and pull
