I had the figure as a kid (and sold it at a garage sale for like a $1 .... aaaarrrgggghhhhh!!!!) and it was, as his name implied, quite literally a dome; he was bald underneath and the "helmet' was effectively a skullcap with a sort of airscoop at the front. As I recall, it was a flexible plastic.Comment
