Did the boxed AJ figures always come with elastic belts?

I was wondering if sometimes they were vinyl like in the AJ accessory sets, or even molded like the POTA Astronaut belt.

All the boxed AJs that I have, come with the elastic belt.

I have both Dark Blue and Light Blue AJs -- all T0/T1 bodies, so I have no idea about the AJs with T2 bodies.

Yes, I know some people here have them -- I have never seen one in person.
