A diamond in the ruff?

Today a good friend of mine handed me a box of his childhood MEGOS as he saw my collection he figured i would want em
Inside were six WGSH a painted mask type 1 Robin who has seen better days
a RM Batman missing his cowl suit need to be cleaned and body needs a restringing
A Superman and a Hulk
Yeah so far nothing eart shattering
Till i got to the last figure and sadly he was the wrost of the batch shape wise
he's a diamond logo Spiderman
suit needs to be cleaned and resewed and Spidey need to be restringed
But how rare is the diamond logo spidey? i know the circle suit is rare but is the diamond suit rare also?
