A/E Peter Parker camera ???

Hey guys, i don't really venture too much into the A/E figures.....so my question is, did Peter come with a camera or not? I saw some pics with him and one so I'm not sure...

A friend of mine sent me a pic and it had this inside, sure looks like the ones I've seen...can anyone tell me where it's from? thanx

No, he didn't. That camera is a Barbie camera I believe. There were also Mego knock offs that came with it. Check out the photographer from the adventurer set

The Barbie ones are PERFECT.., other than the black strap could be a tad longer, but that's just a trip to Michael's or something to fix.

I love mine, it really completes ol' Peter Parker, and typically you can get them for under $10 shipped on eBay.

I'm really glad that this thread came along. I never knew that the black & white camers were Barbie. I've had them and 2 others ( I think they came out of a gumball machine ) for as long as I can remember. I recently picked up 2 other Barbie cameras.

Yep, they're quite popular on eBay. There is also a gray '70s Barbie camera which would be probably more 'accurate' for Bronze Age Peter Parker, but the old black and white one's got the strap, and it's virtually identical to the one seen in the old '60s cartoons.

It totally completes him.
