Skinny boots Batman?

Hey, what's the deal with the skinny boots Batman? Is that worth significantly more than the regular Batman? And did they only come on the RC cowl figure?

Skinny boots definitely makes the RC Batman more valuable, but as for value, that depends on many factors, nice clean Wayne head, nice original paper decal, is the suit grey or with a hint of pink, cape faded, two tone, translucent belt? correct gloves,then I can see skinny boots adding an extra $30+ to the value on top.

Does anyone have some miracle method for getting blue cowl stains out of a Bruce Wayne head?

I've tried a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, nothing. Used Oxy-Clean, nothing. Usually when those don't work, nothing will.
