I think those silver vinyl "cuffs" might be from KISS dolls Ace boots.

The red cape is not a Big Jim Zorak Cape, his had no yellow trim and the tie on it was a chain.

Thanks,i'll check into the KISS Ace boot "cuff"s. Yeah the red cape is still an unsolved mystery.I'am still searching for the figure that had a red cape with yellow trim on the collar.
