How Rare is the AJ Boxed figure w/o stickers

I resently snagged one, its not in the greatest shape but I've always wanted one. And when I say without stickers I mean made that way on purpose. Notice the Mego logo on front.

How would you know whether it came with stickers or not on purpose? The Mego logo on front is cool though, i've never noticed that before.

The earlier packages mentioned the "tattoos" inside with the figure

Correct Mr. B the later edition type 2 version of Action Jackson has a revised package that does not mention the tattoos. I think its usually the Karate or Aussie Marine outfit dressed figure that came this way.

Well got the Aj but the guy shipped it in an envelope and it got totally smashed. I took apart the box and rebuilt it trying to restore it to somewhat what it used to look like. Here it is...

^ cool piece. that suks that he sent it in an envelope. I alwasy request it be sent carefully packaged in a box when I send payment as I have had loose figures shipped to me in nothing more than a paper envelope

It's only rare when your looking for one. I remember a dealer who had a case of them at the atlantic city show years ago. All karate, no marines, and all t1. I had about six of them at one point.

Is the Karate suit in the 2nd issue box identical to the boxed outfit? Were they all on T1 or T2 as well?
