it's about 1 cm at 1:9 scale so 9cm.
garagesale made a full size AJ costume a few years ago - he'll have good info -
I just grabbed my AJ, tape measure and my calculator.
If AJ is 6' his patch is 4.72" or rounded up to 4 3/4".
My AJ was measured at 7 5/8" tall and the colored part or his patch was 1/2"~~~ Jess ~~~
