Ok, I realize everyone is out watching Thor right now, but Hulk ask smart people... soooo...
I picked up this lot a while ago expressly for these crispy blue pants to go with the head and shirt fakery that was my own handiwork from several months ago:
(though it had a bunch of other bits I could use, so all around good)

At first I thought we might have a contender. The color is great, the wasit elastic has a good amount of stretch, but it shows some age and appears vintage. The thread inside is a more washed out blue than the cuff trim and ... yeah.. that didn't make sense. So the thread inside is a pale powder blue while the cuff thread is deeper baby blue. Ok. Everything is machine stitched, and the stitch spacing is correct, but that's easy enough with any machine...
Then I remembered my ref pics, and all the AE Parker ref shots I've seen seem to indicate a flat panel front with only a rear seam from crotch to waist, not one in the front as well. Maybe it's my eyes or maybe it's the photos - but are Parker pants cut from one single piece of fabric? Or are they two panels - left and right, (like Klingon or Happy Days slacks)?
Here's pics of the pants off, and the front and back of them inside out:

Does this match any collection samples? Is this more likely two 12" Supes sleeves well put together as a new pair of pants?
Either way they look great, but I'd like to know if I'm still on the hunt or if I can stop bidding up auctions for other people
