    Muscle Bodies

Did you know there are t-0 and t-1 muscle bodies? Do you know what the difference is?

Muscular bodies? Are they like the Hulk's size?

It had something to do with the hoops in the biceps where the hooks when in, right?
The T0 were thicker and the T1 were thinner?

Only with the Hulk. The first run of Hulks were strung with cord like Type 1 figures. When Mego made the T2 regular bodies, they changed to the rubber bands/metal hooks. But the hole in the existing Hulk upper arms that the cord was strung through could not accommodate the hooks. So the upper arms were retooled to fit the hooks and cast solid (the earlier upper arms are blow molded like the lower arms, and upper and lower legs). This is also why it is common to see upper and lower arms so far off in color on the rubber banded strung Hulks, they were made in two different ways.

The t-0 body was also retooled to become the t-1. Do you know what they made different?

The actual body is different, not just the upper arms. What's the difference in the Body?

I just stood a t-0 action jackson up next to a t-1 robin and the t-0 appears to be taller. The chest seems to be the same the differance may be in the mid section.Am I on the right track?

I'm talking about the Hulk t-0 and t-1 muscle bodies. They look the same, but they aren't. They made a significant change.

Nobody wants to play? Bummer. The one answer here was slightly hinting at the changes made to the Hulk body when changed from elastic to hooks and bands. Anybody else want to venture a guess at the changes?

I am replying just to let you know that someone is reading this thread, but I have no idea about the different Hulk bodies. This is news to me. Do you have any pics? Is any of this info on the Mego Museum website?

I too am interested in this discussion. But have absolutely zero insight to contribute. So how many different body sculpts were there?

Here are the three Hulk bodies that I know about.

This shows two different heads and three different bodies.
