AJ colored hair/beard question

I've noticed on the gallery section of the MM that it is listed for the redhead AJ there is a non bearded version. I have a head only that is redheaded with a beard. It's dirty but it is red.
Also, did the blonde come as non-bearded?

So is it safe to assume that all hair colors were offered for both shaved and bearded?

I think there is a beared version for every color hair but none for the black figure.
