    9 inch mego cracked feet problem

    ive noticed that a lot of the 9 inch figures- dr who, flash gordon- have cracked feet- sometimes broken in half- is there anywhere selling replacements? thanks.

    Yeah, having worked in that arena for customs I know it's really common. My best advice to you is to seek out cheap "Maxx Fx" dolls on ebay, same body.

      Really, thats a bit of interesting trivia. So they used up the left over bodies, same molds?

            I've never taken the boots off my Flash Gordon figures to check out their feet. I'm kind of scared to, ignorance is bliss.

                Same problem with the feet on my Dr Who. Been tempted to get a cheap one without the clothes, but he's my original from childhood so it would feel like blasphemy to swap him out (He's still wearing the Lone Ranger's shoes that he stole many years ago!). He's in a glass case , so it's not like he's open to the elements and those stolen shoes seem to be doing a good job of keeping the feet together.
