    Replacing a T2 knee pin??

I'm new to collecting megos and I'm currently working on building my WGSH collection. I have a Thor with a broken knee pin and I need to replace it. I found a spare leg on ebay for $5 including shipping and I want to take the pin out of the spare leg and replace the broken pin on my Thor. Will it be relatively easy to remove the knee pin from the spare leg without damaging it? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have successfully done surgery on some T2 Mego's personally.

You have to be careful getting the pin out. Yes, Some times with too much force they CAN break easily.

I don't care about saving the spare leg, all I need is the pin. I thought about cutting the leg down to the pin and removing the pin that way. I've already invested $5 in the spare leg so I'm gonna give it a try anyway.

Even if you cut the leg down to just the pin you would still have to take the pin a part to seperate it.

Much easier to change the whole leg.

second that, you just need 2 pair of needle nose pliers

Don't have much experience repairing megos, but I'll weigh my options and possibly just replace the entire leg. Thanks for the feedback.
