Which magazine "broke" the Greatest American Hero story?

Do you guys remember which of the Magazines from the early nineties (I think) detailed the discovery of Ralph at a Flea Market? I *think* it was a first-hand account?

I don't recall if it was the first one to break the news but I first read it in an issue of Collectible Toys & Values

That might be the one, I first read it there too. If I remember correctly, it was about both Ralph and Bill (without a jacket) being found in a bin at a flea market?

I don't have the mag, but I'm pretty certain it wasn't in Tomart's or Lee's.

Oh yeah, that's the exact article I remember reading, from "Collectible Toys & Values". It was the first I had heard of these figures' actual existence.

                Thanks.

I have a very thorough and well organized Mego/Vintgae Toy photo file, not to mention this is an article that sent my head spinning when I first saw it in the mid 90's
