    Gorn Question

Did Gorn ever come on a T1 body? I picked up a complete T1 Gorn in near mint condition in a lot I purchased, but wasn't sure if he initially came on a T1 body. I do not collect Star Trek so have no idea. I did not see anything in the galleries.

As far as I know the Gorn was never released on a T-1 body.

I think you have a home built figure

The Gorn used a Soldier Ape body, so if Soldier Apes were produced with T1 bodies (I have no clue, don't collect POTA), I suppose it's possible some Gorns were too.

        I collect POTA and Trek.
Does the T1 have Ape hands?
I just traded four POTA T1s, 3 were brown.

The Gorn was produced after T1 bodies.

I am far from a Trek or Ape expert, but that is what I was thinking could be possible. Even though none of the other aliens from the same wave were released on T1 bodies, Gorn could have been an exception since he was such a recycled figure.

                I think so, too.

Yep, the aliens were post T1. I suppose it's within the realm of possibility that left over T1 brown bodies could have been utilized for early Gorns, but I don't believe that any carded examples have ever shown up that would prove that it happened.

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be difficult to spot a carded T1 Gorn without opening it.

I think he would look nice with a T1 body, He would have more of an attitude with the wide stance!

Never seen a carded T1 Gorn, but I guess it's not impossible but highly unlikely by the time the Gorn was produced. I saw a loose one once on Ebay with a T1 body also, but I know the seller does piece figures together to sell.

as easy as it was to swpa heads and costumes, it's a no brainer that you have a home built Gorn. by the time the first series of aliens came out it was T2.....have you ever seen a T1 neptunian or Cheron or Keeper?
