Ledy Superman belt ?

What kind of material is the Ledy Superman belt made out of? Is it cloth and part of the trunks or is it plastic? I bought one on here a while ago but it didn't have the belt. Does anyone know if a repro is available?

There are three. Synthetic velvet sewn on shorts and not sewn on shorts. Also the rubbery ones.
I have some reproduction silicone belts made after the third option. Heath may have something too.
