Mego Mugato Belt Question

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me with a Mugato question?

Is the white sticker on the front of the belt glossy or flat? I realize that they are all an off white because of age (at least I think).

Mugato white belt decals are glossy and yes, mine is also discolored from the black belt.
